Q: Can I make a payment online?

Yes! Visit our Payment page to find out how to make a payment through online banking or Interac E- Transfer.

Your account has been assigned to Credex for immediate full balance recovery, we understand this isn’t always possible and a short-term arrangement may be possible depending on a review of your financial situation. To speak to the Collection Officer handling your case call 1.800.263.6334 to find out how.

All letters and email correspondance will include your 5 digit account number. Often bolded and located near the top of the letter. If you are unable to locate it, please call the office at 1.888.263.6334 and we can get the correct information for you right away.

If the account has been paid in full, you can request a receipt to be sent to the current address we have on file. If you would like to arrange for an emailed copy, please let the case collector handling your account know. It’s important to ensure your information on your account is up to date and current.
