Can I set up a payment arrangement?

Your account has been assigned to Credex for immediate full balance recovery, we understand this isn’t always possible and a short-term arrangement may be possible depending on a review of your financial situation. To speak to the Collection Officer handling your case call 1.800.263.6334 to find out how.

Where can I find my Account number?

All letters and email correspondance will include your 5 digit account number. Often bolded and located near the top of the letter. If you are unable to locate it, please call the office at 1.888.263.6334 and we can get the correct information for you right away.

How do I get a letter saying I paid my debt?

If the account has been paid in full, you can request a receipt to be sent to the current address we have on file. If you would like to arrange for an emailed copy, please let the case collector handling your account know. It’s important to ensure your information on your account is up to date and current. Use the link below to update your account.

There’s an unpaid collection from Credex on my credit bureau report. What do I do?

You need to pay the account. Call us at 1.800.263.6334 or if you know your account number, you can pay through online banking or Interac eTransfer. Click here to be redirected to our payment page.

I have a question about my credit report, who do I contact?

If your question is not regarding your account with Credex, you will need to contact Equifax or Trans Union directly.
